2025-26 Housing Applications
- First Year students: You will receive notification by email when the housing portal is open for you in the Spring. Take a look at our web page for First Year students for helpful info!
- Current Residents: Housing Reapplication & Room Selection will happen in February and March. We will let you know when the portal is open! See more Housing Reapplication information on our website.
Spring 2025
- First Year students: You will receive notification by email when the housing portal is open for you in mid October. Take a look at our web page for First Year students for helpful info!
- New Transfer Students: Space for transfer students is very limited and assignment is not guaranteed. If space is available in January, assignments are made in housing application date order.
- Off-campus Students: We are not accepting housing applications for Spring at this time for students who do not have a housing reqirement.
Grad students: We do not offer graduate housing in residence halls. Please visit the SMU Apartments website for information and the application.
